For the new owner

PLEASE NOTE:

I use a lot of CC when making my horses. Without it the horse will not look the same. If you're not comfortable with that (your computer can't handle much CC for example) I'd recommend ordering an import (and mentioning it in your application!) instead of applying for a horse for sale. All the horses sold will be provided with a link to my sliders folder. Besides the sliders you'll need:

  • 100 layers mod

  • A bunch of shaders and detail markings. Puck Cantrell was lovely and collected a big folder of  them (the first link) available for everyone. Thank you Puck!

  • A HD coat mod is recommended. I use the one by Timothy Murdock. The coat may look different and probably will need some adjustments with other HD mods.

  • Imports can be made with less CC, if you wish.

FEEL FREE TO:

  • Replace the public markings if you miss some

  • Change the mane and tail style. Please note that Finnhorses and especially Icelandics traditionally don't have their manes cut short. But you can do what you want.

  • Gray the gray horses out

  • Geld the stallions

  • Adjust the horse's height to fit to your scaling (I use Robyn's height scale HERE)

  • Use the horse's confo as a base for its offspring

  • Change the barn name

  • Show the horse in any forum you want to. I love seeing them active! I'll inform the new owner if the horse is already registered somewhere.

PLEASE DON'T:

  • Put the horse's coat, confo or markings up for public download

  • Alter the horse's coat or confo too much. Changing shine and details is fine. Missing markings can and should be replaced.

  • Use the horse's confo as a base for any other horses than their offspring

  • Sell the horse without letting me know. You can sell them to whoever you choose to, but I'd like to keep track of our babies, where are they and how are they doing.

  • Change the prefix/suffix, or add your own

  • Change the show name

MISSING SOMETHING?

  • If you miss some public markings, I'll do my best to find it for you. But. I can't really promise. My markings are all merged, and being the most unorganized person on earth, I may or may not remember the name of the marking, or have the original file... somewhere. I'm sorry about that. Feel free to ask though, I can try to help.

  • Lost the file of a horse I have sold you? I might have a backup! (see above...) Especially 2018 and newer horses should be in a safe place.

  • Anything else you'd like to ask? Just contact me!

With love, Rosa
